We selected 13 our favorite candidates for the Dark Side of the Screen screening & discussion series: the best, most provocative, and most discussion-worthy horror, thriller, dark comedy, and noir films of 2018. Festival and international films from 2017 were eligible if they were distributed in the United States in 2018. 2018’s festival and international films were likewise eligible, even if they had not yet reached distribution.
